Assaults allegedly took place over two years

Donald Mosher, 54, of Toronto charged for sexual assault of a young boy.

Police have made an arrest in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a young boy over a period of two years.

It is alleged that between September 2011 and August 2013, a young boy, now 7 years old, was sexually assaulted in a home in the Midland Avenue and Kingston Road area.

Donald Mosher, 54, of Toronto has been charged with three counts of sexual assault, three counts of sexual interference and three counts of invitation to sexual touching.

Mosher appeared in court at Old City Hall, 60 Queen St. W., on Oct. 19.

Police say they believe there may be other victims and are asking anyone with information to contact them at 416-808-7474 or contact Crime Stoppers.
