Man robbed and pistol-whipped on Midland Ave.

A man was pistol-whipped and robbed Tuesday evening around 11 p.m. while walking on Midland Avenue near Gilder Drive.

Toronto Police Const. Victor Kwong said four males, 18 to 21 years old, approached the victim. One produced a handgun, hit the victim with it and demanded anything of value. The four males took the victim’s cellphone and money.

Police arrested one suspect on Wednesday evening.
