Fraser Institute rankings may be off the mark
Scarborough secondary rankings schools score an average grade of 5.3 out of 10, according to the recently released Fraser Institute School Rankings. Though some schools in the area rated poorly, the Institute said the study isn’t meant to be a comprehensive indication of a school’s success. And some Scarborough principals agree.

In the Fraser Institute School Rankings, released last week, Scarborough secondary schools averaged a score of about 5.5 out of 10. Though some schools in the area were rated poorly, the Institute says that the study isn’t meant to be a comprehensive indication of a school’s success. Some Scarborough principals agree that it doesn’t serve as a representation of how well their school is doing.
