Students hold walkouts over OSAP cuts

On Wednesday throughout Ontario, 17 post-secondary campuses held a student walkout and a protest was held at The University of Toronto, St. George campus, against the Ford government’s changes to the Ontario Student Assistance Program.  





Talent aplenty headlines 2019 BioSteel All Canadian Basketball games

This is what comes of the annual BioSteel All Canadian Basketball Games, now in its fifth year as the country’s premier showcase of burgeoning young talent. The event features the 24 most outstanding male and female Canadian high school students who are either native to Canada or attending a Canadian institution, and has produced such NBA talents as Jamal Murray, Thon Maker, and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.

People from all over the city are flocking to Wanda’s Pie in the Sky today, not only for a piece of home-made pie but also to join in a mathematical celebration. It’s Pi Day, a 24-hour period dedicated to celebrating the mathematical constant, Pi.
