Man, 22, charged with fraud over ticket sales

Mackenzie Footman charged in online ticket fraud case.

A man has been charged after an investigation into alleged online ticket fraud.

Police report a man advertised false tickets online and then met buyers in person to accept cash in exchange for the fake tickets.

Mackenzie Footman, 22, of Inglewood Drive was arrested on Jan. 31 and charged with two counts of fraud, two counts of uttering a forged document and a single count of possession of proceeds of crime.

Footman is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on March 14.
