VIDEO: Rob Ford diagnosed with rare cancer

Dr. Zane Cohen held a press conference at Mount Sinai Hospital revealing the mayor's health condition

Dr. Zane Cohen announced that Mayor Rob Ford has a rare form of Cancer at a press conference at Mt. Sinai Hospital.

The medical team treating Ford found a malignant tumour on the mayor’s abdomen and a second tumour on his buttocks. Both are part of liposarcoma, a cancer that develops on fat cells.

Ford is expected to start his first two rounds of chemotherapy within the next 48 hours.
