City of Toronto flags are going to be at half-mast to honour the deaths of Cpl. Nathan Cirillo and Warrant Officer Patrice Vincent.

The Canadian flag will fly at half-mast in official poles accross the city according to a city of Toronto press release. This comes after this week’s attacks at Parliament Hill in Ottawa and in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

The flags at Toronto City Hall, Metro Hall and Toronto’s five civic centres will fly at half-mast until the day of the soldier’s funerals. Both were members of the Canadian Armed Forces
