Toronto Police Chief to host first Twitter Q&A

Toronto Police Chief Mark Saunders is making history. At 4 p.m., he’s hosting a live Q&A session on Twitter in an effort to reach out to communities that feel like they don’t have a voice in the city. This marks the first time a Canadian police chief will partner with Twitter Canada for such an event.

Huge pillow fight in Toronto

Toronto’s annual pillow fight took place at Nathan Phillips Square on April 2. Feathers were flying as hundreds of people were swinging their pillows at each other. The mayhem was part of International Pillow Fight Day, which is celebrated in more than 100 cities around the world.


Art breaks free from gallery walls

Art is breaking free from the confines of the gallery walls, and spilling out onto the streets of Toronto.
One of the latest additions comes in the form of art dioramas from the Open Field Collective run by artists Erika James and Scott McDermid.
