A St. Lucian man has been charged in connection to a fatal shooting that occurred five years ago. On Nov. 19, Ron Joseph Williams, 26, of St. Lucia, was extradited to Toronto for the 2008 murder of Jonathan Rodrigues, 21, of Toronto.
